SINI Plan
Based on student performance on the 2009 NECAP assessment tests, NWES was identified as a "School in Need of Improvement" in the area of mathematics. Our school is currently working with district and NH Department of Education representatives to identify key areas for improvement. Our first step in identifying these areas was to establish a SINI team within NWES comprised of teachers, administrators, and parents. The SINI team met in July 2010 and developed a plan to address improvement. This plan included creating a data team whose responsibility will be to meet monthly during the school year to ensure accurate student data analysis to further target any weak areas in our program. We will keep the school community up to date on our findings throughout the year on our website.
